Her radio show, Mentoring across Differences or MAD radio was a top rated digital program for two years. Her published dissertation demonstrated the positive longitudinal effectiveness of mentoring as an adult learning strategy. As an internationally sought after speaker and trainer, Dr. Selzer has trained in leadership development on six continents and throughout the United States.
